• PAYMENT POLICY
• To confirm a package 30% must be made in advance and remaining balance must be cleared on arrival date**. Only cash or demand drafts, with a 3% charge for credit card payments. Arrival details, such as train/flight number, are required for proper scheduling.

• Every effort will be made to maintain the itinerary, in view of local strikes, landslide etc., which are beyond our control all schedule and itineraries are subject to last moment changes and any additional cost, will be borne by the guests directly.
• Woolen clothes, jacket is advisable to carry.
• For comfortable journey we advise carry limited luggage.
• AC will not run in Hilly Areas.
• No rooms have been booked yet.
• In case of any cancellation due to Covid or any such situations, advance amount will not be refunded, it will be kept with us for future bookings. You can postpone your trip accordingly but for personal reasons booking cannot be cancelled.
• Guests who are travelling to Assam or Meghalaya or Arunachal Pradesh Needs to be Fully Vaccinated or need to bring RTPCR report not older than 72 hours else they will get tested at Airport or Railway Stations.Kindly reconfirm the covid protocols two/three days before coming.
• Guest have to bring Aadhar Card,Driving License,Passport or Voter Id as Pan Card is not acceptable.
• Aadhar Card Front and back and passport size photo copy is required for booking.
• In Arunachal Pradesh there is no star category hotel in Tawang part and there is no JIO netwok in Tawang.
• Please note all the rooms in Meghalaya/Arunachal Pradesh are NON AC and there is no lift in Meghalaya/Arunachal hotels.

• Our vehicles are not allowed for local sightseeing at Tawang, hence guest have to hire local vehicle and our driver will assist the guest but please note that we or our driver do not have control over it. Additional cost of hiring vehicle at Tawang : Between 4500 /- to 5500/- (depending on the places of visit, excluding visit to Bumla Border (India-China Border).

• AMENDMENT:
• Changes to booked tours are considered cancellations, but minor amendments can be made with communication charge.
• REFUND:
• Refunds will be processed by the guest's booking source and sent via ac payee cheque within 15 days.
• NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AGAINST ANY UN UTILISED SERVICES, WHAT SO EVER MAY BE THE REASON.
• PREPONE & POSTPONE:
• Any postponement or cancellation of a tour package must be notified in writing and at least seven days before the scheduled departure date. A fee of INR 3,000 will be added for postponement or postponement.
• CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellation has to be sent to us by Mail/Fax. 30 Days from The Date of Booking: Only Communication Charges Rs.2000 Per Person.
• 21-30 Days Prior To Departure : 25% Of Tour Cost.
• 11-20 Days Prior To Departure : 50% Of Tour Cost.
• 10 Days Prior To Departure : Full Cancellation.
• Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to minimise the cancellation charges.
